About This Role
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end asset lifecycle processes including hardware, software, SaaS licenses, and contracts on ServiceNow platform.
- Develop workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and enterprise integrations for Asset Management capabilities (HAM, SAM, SaaS, CMDB).
- Ensure asset governance, compliance, audit readiness, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to optimize software licensing and asset costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management or ServiceNow solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Asset Management processes, including software licensing and hardware lifecycle management.
- Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (HAM and SAM); ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep functional and technical expertise in IT Asset Management (HAM, SAM, SaaS) and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience designing asset management processes for global organizations with strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and financial operations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on automation, data quality, and operational excellence.
