About This Role
- Design and lead secure, highly available on-premises DevOps platforms including disaster recovery and business continuity in enterprise data centers.
- Build and manage enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Lead and mentor DevOps and platform engineers, driving continuous improvement to optimize delivery speed, platform availability, and operational efficiency with emphasis on observability and SRE practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation in enterprise on-premises environments.
- Experience leading technical teams and working within regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services domain.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, enterprise CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Server, GitHub Enterprise), infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), Linux administration, and DevSecOps practices.
- Location: Mumbai with hybrid working model. Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field preferred.

- Experienced in technical leadership roles managing secure, compliant, and highly available DevOps platforms in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.
- Strong domain knowledge of RBI IT governance and financial services sector requirements.
- Able to lead platform engineering teams implementing automation, DevSecOps, and SRE practices in complex on-premises hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.
