About This Role
- Lead detailed engineering for global Building Management System (BMS) projects from India Engineering Center as per country-specific standards.
- Manage project lifecycle independently, including review of MEP drawings, equipment selection, software programming, and commissioning package delivery to field.
- Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and on-time delivery to meet customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication).
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Building Automation Industry, BMS Design Engineering, or Industrial Automation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BMS architecture and HVAC systems (Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems, etc.).
- Proficiency with network protocols (BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC) and wiring of starters, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems for infrastructure projects such as pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, or hospitals.
- Capable of independent project execution and handling first-level escalations in a global engineering setup.
- Strong technical leadership ability combined with problem-solving skills and communication proficiency.
