About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern technologies and best practices.
- Own technical strategy and lead cross-functional projects aligning engineering solutions with business goals.
- Mentor engineering teams, conduct design/code reviews, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive company-wide technical initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL, Oracle, Redis, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Linux/UNIX, Nginx, Apache, and ELK Stack.
- Must be able to work remotely from India during 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. IST (4 a.m. to 1 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of architecting complex backend systems and mentoring technical teams.
- Familiar with distributed systems, system scalability, observability, and site reliability engineering.
- Effective collaborator with senior leadership to influence technical vision and align multiple teams on strategic initiatives.
