About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of complex backend features, distributed microservices, and asynchronous REST APIs optimized for performance and fault tolerance.
- Design event-driven data pipelines and real-time message integrations ensuring data consistency between modern and legacy data stores.
- Manage cloud infrastructure via IaC, optimize containerized environments, maintain automated test coverage, and provide technical guidance within an Agile DevOps team.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, or Java and frontend development using Angular.
- At least 2 years of experience scaling production distributed systems.
- Experience with microservices communication, event streaming/message brokers, cloud ecosystems, Infrastructure as Code tools, and secure API design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging modern cloud architectures with legacy database infrastructure.
- Skilled in optimizing CI/CD pipelines, high-availability setups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Able to lead technical initiatives, conduct alignment discussions, and drive team growth through code reviews and mentorship in Agile environments.
