About This Role
- Design, build, evaluate, and deploy predictive ML models and Generative AI applications, including LLM-powered solutions with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions with MLOps/LLMOps practices across cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, and Google Vertex AI.
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and business teams to translate business needs into measurable AI use cases and communicate outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including end-to-end model deployment.
- Practical GenAI experience preferably 1+ years, including RAG and development with at least one GenAI framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; knowledge of REST APIs, cloud environments, and ML deployment practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering GenAI and RAG solutions with a production engineering mindset and operational focus on scaling and monitoring AI models.
- Familiar with agentic AI development and multi-step AI agent frameworks preferred but not mandatory.
- Capable of bridging technical and business domains to adapt AI models for varied industries, telecom experience a plus but not required.
