About This Role
- Own financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for hotel operations, ensuring achievement of business goals.
- Manage accounting functions including account reconciliation, credit and collections, accounts payable, and guest billing accuracy.
- Lead, mentor and develop accounting team; maintain regulatory compliance; support rate and sales strategy alongside management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years in hotel accounting or internal audit with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
- Fluent English speaking ability.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in hotel accounting or audit with 1 year supervisory role.
