About This Role
- Prepare and perform first level reviews of client financial statements and associated regulatory forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines for audit and regulatory submission.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff; oversee workflow, personnel needs and short-term deliverables within the team.
- Manage risk compliance by enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and Client Specific Procedures; coordinate with global offshoring partners and assist with operational changes and system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar professional qualification preferred.
- 3+ years to 8+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS required.
- Willingness to work shifts overlapping with US, APAC, and EMEA time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting with strong familiarity of audit, regulatory reporting, and compliance workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to train, coach, and provide feedback to team members and manage operational coordination including with offshoring teams.
- Strong technology aptitude with focus on automation, process improvements, and risk management in a global financial services setting.
