About This Role
- Prepare and review client financial statements, regulatory forms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members; oversee workflow and work allocation within the team.
- Manage risk by enforcing compliance with SOPs and client-specific procedures; coordinate with global offshoring partners and assist with operational improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 3+ to 8+ years of experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance field preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS preferred; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar professional qualification preferred.
- Must work shifts overlapping with US, APAC, and EMEA hours; strong technology and problem-solving skills required.

- Experienced in fund accounting and financial reporting within investment or asset management contexts.
- Capable of leading a team within a global operational environment, including coordination with offshore teams.
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
