About This Role
- Manage end-to-end preparation and 1st level review of client financial statements, regulatory forms (NQs, Form N-MFP), and related documentation ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee daily team operations including workflow coordination, task delegation, staff training, performance feedback, and risk management related to standard operating procedures and client-specific processes.
- Facilitate collaboration with global offshore partners, resolve client issues, implement process improvements and technology enhancements, and support ad-hoc projects under minimal direct supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ to 8+ years experience preferred in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting or finance roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar professional qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours for coordination, trainings, and operational needs.
