About This Role
- Own gathering and documenting business and functional requirements including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops; perform gap analysis and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Support UAT by validating test cases, assisting defect resolution, and identify business process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Contract position onsite in Chicago, IL, five days per week; remote or India location not mentioned.

- Experienced in detailed business requirements gathering and documentation with strong process improvement orientation.
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments collaborating closely with development, QA, and project management teams.
- Skilled in data-driven validation and analysis using SQL along with stakeholder management in cross-functional settings.
