About This Role
- Lead workflow, data, and requirements analysis to support integration and product development for performance and analytics solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed product and technical requirements, Agile stories, and support end-to-end delivery from testing through production rollout.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Performance and Analytics Applications and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Service Delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, product development, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics and Investment Accounting.
- Demonstrated skills in financial data modeling, data mapping, and strong SQL proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product development, product management, or software solutions delivery within financial services or investment domains.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill complex financial and investment performance information into actionable insights.
- Comfortable managing product roadmaps, project schedules, risk assessments, and communication with senior leadership regarding product status and strategy.
