About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze client finance requirements and design solutions across modules like AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, Tax, and SLA ensuring integration with other business functions.
- Manage project scope, risks, quality, and provide functional expertise and leadership, including mentoring junior consultants and supporting solution design, estimation, and client workshops.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with Oracle Financials including at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, Fusion Tax, and Subledger Accounting modules.
- Mandatory qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, ACCA or CMA from a recognised institution.
- Willingness to work MENA shift timings (Sunday to Thursday) and valid passport for business travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant able to independently configure and troubleshoot core financial modules with strong accounting and finance domain knowledge.
- Proven leadership in client-facing roles with capability to manage functional delivery, guide teams and communicate cross-functionally in complex, multi-sector environments.
- Familiarity with AI applications in project portfolio management, predictive analytics, automation tools is a plus.
