About This Role
- Coordinate with IT Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze operational and project data.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations including tracking delivery KPIs, resource utilization, project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Analyze financial data including budgets, forecasts, actuals, revenue, cost, and profitability metrics using advanced Excel and BI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, Delivery Dashboards, or similar roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards; VBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years; Location requirement: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial reporting and managing delivery or operational KPIs in IT services or consulting environments.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and executive-level presentation skills (Power BI preferred, PowerPoint required).
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders including senior leadership and client-facing roles.
