About This Role
- Manage payroll processing and compliance for multiple countries, ensuring error-free delivery and client regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop a team of 2 to 5 members while maintaining strong client relationships and handling vendor management for payroll operations.
- Drive process improvements and oversee new country payroll implementations including business blueprinting and project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing payroll for at least 3 countries with over 500 payslips per country.
- Experience in outsourced payroll managed services and managing third-party payroll vendors across multiple countries.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in global payroll and compliance environment.

- Background in outsourced payroll managed services with direct client interaction and vendor management.
- Experience in leading small teams (2-5 members) and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to implement new country payrolls independently and identify new business opportunities.
