About This Role
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to site and business leaders for Provation and Fluke Health Solutions in Bangalore, shaping talent, organization, and culture strategies aligned with business growth.
- Lead talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, performance and rewards cycles, and leader coaching to build strong leadership pipelines.
- Manage employee relations and ensure HR compliance with India labor laws and company standards, while driving HR operations and continuous improvement locally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as an HR business partner in a multinational, matrixed environment.
- Strong working knowledge of India labor law and employee relations.
- Proven experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in influencing and coaching senior leaders within complex, matrixed multinational organizations without direct authority.
- Comfortable using data analytics to inform people strategies and decision-making.
- Familiarity with global/regional HR models supporting multiple business units and exposure to technology, software, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
