About This Role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for junior to senior roles, scaling teams specifically for the Stripe Delivery Center in Bangalore, India.
- Drive hiring strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders to build a strong leadership team for the Operations organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, compensation, HR, and finance to ensure reporting accuracy, process improvement, and scale hiring efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong preference for in-house recruiting background.
- Proven experience managing high volume hiring in fast-moving environments and meeting hiring targets.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives as a trusted hiring advisor.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities for stakeholder influence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced recruiter skilled in the India market and scaling teams within fast-paced, autonomous environments.
- Data-savvy with proficiency or adaptability in advanced recruiting and reporting tools such as Visier, Greenhouse, GoodTime, Gem.
- Consultative recruiting style focused on building diverse candidate pipelines and driving strategic hiring initiatives with senior business leaders.
