About This Role
- Drive development and sustenance of wireless network functions and platform components throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define scalable architectures, lead design and implementation, and coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple software subsystems.
- Resolve critical engineering issues, conduct architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical roadmaps and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 15 years experience in Telecommunication or Networking domain.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Layer-1 algorithm design, implementation, and optimization on DSP, ASSP Processors, FPGA platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of 3GPP layer 1 specifications (4G/NB-IoT/5G), RAN platform architecture, and wireless communication fundamentals.
- Proficient coding skills in C/C++ and familiarity with MATLAB/Python for algorithm design; Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or equivalent.
