About This Role
- Lead and manage software application development projects from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with business and client requirements.
- Accountable for overseeing application upgrades, testing, documentation, and provision of training/support to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project scope definition, risk management, cost-benefit analysis and ensure projects are executed within budget and timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in software application development and delivery in a similar role.
- Technical skills in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Perl, Python, C++) and understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Workplace: Hybrid Working.

- Experience managing multiple software development projects and teams with entry level management responsibility.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and engage senior management and key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multi-technology application and infrastructure design best practices and holistic technology environments.
