About This Role
- Lead software engineering teams for design, development, delivery, and operation of cloud-based IoT and asset intelligence solutions.
- Drive execution of cloud platform initiatives ensuring scalable, reliable software with Agile practices, managing capacity and resource allocation.
- Establish engineering best practices, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally globally to deliver quality products and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in engineering management.
- Experience leading globally distributed software engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in cloud-native applications, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Location requirement: Hyderabad office with onsite work environment.
