About This Role
- Identify and collaborate with business units to apply data science and machine learning for business value and process optimization in banking.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models including Generative AI POCs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead evaluation and continuous improvement of deployed models, partnering with data engineers to integrate solutions into scalable production environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in professional data science model development.
- Prior experience or strong domain knowledge in banking or financial services.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and POC evaluations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions in large-scale banking environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R and SQL, with knowledge of ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Able to manage end-to-end model lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally to embed data science into business processes.
