About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development across front-end (Angular 16, Kendo UI), back-end (.NET 10, C#), and data layers (SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support full stack software components and integrations within a multi-tenant commercial insurance risk-management platform.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable application features meeting business and technical requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack software development with both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency with Angular 12+ (TypeScript, RxJS), C# and .NET (Core 3.1 to .NET 8), SQL Server with ability to read query plans, and experience in writing production-quality code with testing frameworks (xUnit, Moq).
- Must be able to work US Eastern time zone hours; location aligned role with expectation of residing near designated location, with potential hybrid work arrangement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer who has influenced system design and technical architecture, not just implemented others' designs.
- Comfortable working with legacy and modern codebases including classic ASP.NET and modern Angular applications within a complex multi-tenant environment.
- Versatile full-stack developer familiar with related tech stacks (React, Vue, Node, Java, PostgreSQL) and cloud native tools (Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) preferred but not mandatory.
