About This Role
- Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing activities including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost optimization and risk mitigation.
- Analyze procurement spend using tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify savings and improve decision-making.
- Support supplier contract management and lead process excellence initiatives such as automation and digital transformation in procurement operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- 5-7+ years of experience in direct and indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or category management with global procurement exposure.
- Work location: Pune, India with hybrid work mode.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred; professional certifications like CIPS, ISM, CPSM are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global procurement operations, preferably with multisector exposure including healthcare/pharma.
- Proficient in procurement analytics and digital tools including Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive sourcing excellence in complex multinational environments.
