About This Role
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for the fulfillment center in Sonipat, Haryana.
- Lead operational projects including last-mile delivery pilots and warehouse expansion from setup to go-live.
- Design and optimize warehouse layouts, SOPs, and manpower deployment to improve productivity and reduce order processing time.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years of warehouse management or supply chain experience with hands-on process design and SLA adherence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain required; MBA highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and FMCG operations in B2B/B2C business models.
- Must be based in NCR/Gurgaon and able to work on-site in Sonipat facility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing dynamic, high-pressure startup warehouse environments with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors for warehouse setup and expansions.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel and BI dashboards to drive operational improvements and cost control.
