About This Role
- Accountable for end-to-end operational performance and flight connectivity of an Air Hub ensuring safe, timely, and accurate shipment movement.
- Own day-to-day Air Hub execution including shipment receipt, processing, build-up/breakdown, loading/unloading, manpower deployment, throughput, turnaround time, and coordination with Aviation and ground-handling teams.
- Lead operational teams across shifts, manage network disruptions, optimize capacity, cost, safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–11 years relevant experience in express logistics, air cargo, aviation-linked logistics, or hub operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; MBA/PG desirable.
- Experience managing multi-shift operational teams, flight coordination, shipment throughput, and operations in time-critical environments.
- Work Experience Required: 8–11 years in relevant domain.

- Strong operational leadership managing medium-to-large teams with multi-shift coordination in an Air Hub or airport logistics environment.
- Expertise in flight and network connectivity, throughput and turnaround time management, manpower planning, and disruption recovery.
- Experience with automation, scanning, material-handling technology adoption, and continuous improvement driven by data and root-cause analysis.
