About This Role
- Lead HR Operations and Industrial Relations initiatives at River Factory, including employee communications and benefits management.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Up to 4 years in HR Operations and Industrial Relations.
- Location: River Factory, Bengaluru (onsite requirement).
- Skills: Proficient in HR paperwork, benefits, leave tracking, and grievance management.
- Language: Fluency in English and any of Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu is required.

- Experienced with factory-specific labour laws, compliance, and HR protocols.
- Capable of handling industrial relations effectively with hands-on conflict resolution experience.
- Skilled in analyzing multi-level employee feedback to enhance HR initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
