About This Role
- Execute and support daily shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and tagging at various operational facilities.
- Assist Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling exceptions, and ensuring compliance with Blue Dart's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline, quality, safety, and productivity to meet service commitments and support continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations or supply chain operations.
- Minimum education: 10th Standard pass; higher qualification preferred.
- Physically fit to perform operational activities involving standing, walking, and manual handling of shipments; willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational execution within logistics, familiar with shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse management systems.
- Able to coach and support junior staff while assisting shift supervisors in driving operational productivity and quality.
- Demonstrates strong compliance with SOPs, operational discipline, safety standards, and continuous improvement orientation.
