About This Role
- Manage large automation testing teams and oversee multiple testing workstreams.
- Lead project planning, delivery management, resource allocation, and risk management for testing projects.
- Define automation strategies, track testing metrics, and drive quality improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience.
- Strong expertise in automation testing and test management with hands-on knowledge of Selenium and/or Playwright frameworks.
- Experience with BDD frameworks, preferably Cucumber, and programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript.
- Immediate to 30 days notice period.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record managing large testing teams and complex delivery projects.
- Experienced with project management practices including Agile/Scrum and stakeholder/client communication at senior levels.
- Familiarity with BFSI domain, API automation, CI/CD tools (Jenkins or Azure DevOps), and enterprise automation frameworks preferred but not mandatory.
