About This Role
- Own end-to-end growth of IRO including increasing registrations, paid participation, and building partnerships with schools, organizations, and mentors.
- Manage full competition operations: registration, online rounds, in-person Finals logistics and budgeting, student support, and resource updates.
- Lead Board of Advisors engagement: schedule/run meetings, coordinate their competition roles, maintain communication, and produce regular performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in partnerships, program operations, events, or growth roles.
- Experience in outreach to schools, educators, or organizations and securing signed partnerships.
- Experience planning and executing in-person events, ideally involving students or international attendees.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or advisory groups through meetings, communications, and coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to scale programs through partnership development and community engagement in education or STEM contexts.
- Hands-on program and event management skills with multi-stakeholder coordination under fixed deadlines.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of program delivery and board-level stakeholder management with focus on measurable growth.
