About This Role
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, especially for NLP and LLM applications.
- Handle large datasets through data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare training data.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy AI models into production and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and latency based on experimental analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on work experience.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Location: Fully remote based in India, standard work hours 8 am to 5 pm IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning fundamentals, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with NLP and large language models (LLMs), including frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and spaCy.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI) and basic MLOps practices.
