About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Crelio software products from onboarding through to successful delivery.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage risks and contingencies with on-site and back-end teams.
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, changes, risks, and progress including weekly and monthly updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software implementation.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Location requirement: Baner, Pune (onsite presence implied).
- Must be available to work off-hours if required by customer demands.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones to completion.
- Strong operational focus on tracking implementation progress and managing timeline and budget constraints.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and negotiating project scopes and changes.
