Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in life science consulting.
- Proven experience managing collaborative teams or projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with project management methodologies to oversee workstreams and complex initiatives.

- Strong relationship management skills within the life sciences ecosystem, able to build genuine connections.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills for diverse audiences including scientific and executive stakeholders.
