About This Role
- Coordinate and support execution of SPSU program priorities in Odisha, ensuring timely implementation and budget utilization.
- Manage program planning, budgeting, consultant deliverables, and documentation including internal and external reports.
- Liaise with government stakeholders, coordinate among district and state teams, and monitor program activities and evaluations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in report, proposal, and document writing.
- Proven ability to manage program budgets.
- Location requirement: Based out of Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex programs with strategic and operational oversight in challenging environments.
- Capable of stakeholder engagement at multiple levels including government and civil society organizations.
- Skilled in planning, monitoring, reporting, and coordinating multi-level teams with proficiency in MS Office tools.
