About This Role
- Design, build, and operate production-grade AI workflows that improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) and broader business processes, delivering measurable engineering effectiveness improvements.
- Develop and maintain a scalable internal AI platform with reusable architectures, services, and guardrails for secure, observable, production-scale AI workflow operations.
- Identify and execute high-impact AI automation opportunities across engineering and business functions with clear success metrics and tangible productivity gains.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience including architecture and production-scale system design.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML or generative AI solutions deployed in production with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or equivalent and deep hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS cloud-native production environments.
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, generative AI architectures beyond basic tool usage and knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, security, observability, and production operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer with a strong foundation in backend, platform, or distributed systems combined with substantial AI engineering expertise.
- Experienced in end-to-end ownership from architecture through deployment, operationalization, and scaling of AI-powered systems spanning multiple teams and domains.
- Skilled at translating ambiguous business problems into technical strategies that prioritize measurable business outcomes and long-term maintainability.
