About This Role
- Develop and optimize ATE test solutions for Digital, Analog, and RF semiconductor products including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices.
- Lead troubleshooting of customer application issues and manage RMA processes to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive device/package qualification, DOE and SPC methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams for silicon bring-up and yield improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ATE test solution development in the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex/UltraFlex Plus and/or Advantest V93K test platforms.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Java, VB, and automation scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or MATLAB.

- Experienced in Digital, Analog, and RF test engineering with strong domain knowledge in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi IoT product testing.
- Capable of leading technical initiatives and manufacturing improvements in a dynamic, cross-functional global environment.
- Skilled in applying DOE, SPC, and process integration techniques and mentoring junior engineers on test and manufacturing optimization.
