- Build and maintain GenAI/LLM pipelines in Python, focusing on prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and structured output generation.
Minimum Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of work experience in software or AI engineering roles.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in AI/ML specialization or CS/IT with strong AI coursework/projects.
- Strong Python programming skills and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Mandatory submission of a personal GitHub profile with at least one original AI/LLM project; applications without this will not be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with LLM fundamentals including prompting, embeddings, and evaluation methods, either academic or personal project-based.
- Familiarity or exposure to AI evaluation metrics and frameworks for generative AI (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval) and knowledge graphs or graph data structures (e.g., NetworkX, Neo4j).
- Able to collaborate with senior engineers and document code; comfortable coding in Python and working on AI/ML pipelines with an analytical and careful validation approach.
