About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development including front-end, back-end, data layers, and tests in a multi-tenant risk-management platform for commercial insurance.
- Design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support scalable full stack software components using Angular 16, .NET 10, SQL Server, MongoDB and related technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and contribute to technical design decisions; perform code reviews and maintain solution quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in full stack software development or related technical discipline.
- Proficiency with Angular 12+ (TypeScript, RxJS), C# and .NET (Core 3.1 through .NET 8), SQL Server with ability to analyze query plans.
- Must be able to work US Eastern hours on an ongoing basis and reside within reasonable proximity to specified location for hybrid work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and owning both front-end and back-end aspects of complex, multi-tenant SaaS applications with long-term codebases.
- Comfortable working across modern Angular apps and legacy ASP.NET systems, troubleshooting and enhancing both without rewrite hesitation.
- Has influenced system architecture or design decisions beyond mere implementation; experience with related tech stacks (React, Vue, Java, Node, PostgreSQL, Oracle) valued.
