About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and production implementation of AI Agents, with at least two completed production deployments.
- Develop and orchestrate AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent development frameworks such as LangGraph and AgentCore.
- Contribute AI engineering expertise primarily using Python within financial (US banking) domain contexts if applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of full stack AI engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Hands-on production experience with at least two AI agent developments involving LLM, Generative AI, RAG, or agent development.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or AgentCore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to architect and deploy complex AI agents in production environments, showing operational ownership.
- Experience working within or for US banking domain is preferred, indicating domain knowledge.
- Comfortable with both backend full stack AI engineering and orchestration frameworks for agent management.
