About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, highly scalable distributed backend systems and web-based applications.
- Lead medium-sized project execution, including high-level system design, functional modeling, and architectural evolution with impact analysis.
- Collaborate with product leadership and stakeholders to translate business features into technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience with solving problems at scale.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language (Java, C, C++), with expertise in concurrent programming and multi-threading.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Design, scalable system architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, and Test-Driven Development on Linux.

- Experienced in designing and optimizing large-scale distributed business applications handling massive data volumes.
