About This Role
- Monitor and maintain health, uptime, and performance of Linux/Windows servers and related infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 support issues including server, network, and application problems within SLAs.
- Support cloud infrastructure operations including VM provisioning, monitoring, backup integrity, and documentation maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP), and monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix).
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (IaaS), basic VM management, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant infrastructure environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operates effectively balancing hands-on technical support with long-term strategic infrastructure planning.
- Experienced in hybrid or multi-cloud IT environments with knowledge of core cloud services (AWS EC2, Azure VMs, GCP Compute Engine).
- Skilled at documenting processes and incident resolutions to support team knowledge and operational consistency.
