About This Role
- Manage day-to-day revenue accounting including accruals, invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting within defined SLAs using advanced Excel skills for analysis and MIS reporting.
- Support accounting processes with a focus on end-to-end revenue recognition primarily in the Asset Management industry environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years total professional experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and experience with revenue accruals and invoicing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting; capability to generate MIS reports using PowerPoint.
- In-office work requirement: minimum 3 days per week at office with up to 2 days remote; work hours shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior exposure to or support experience in the Asset Management industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills essential for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and technical aptitude for handling complex financial data and reporting tools.
