About This Role
- Lead AI strategy and adoption across Controllership and Finance Systems focusing on AI capabilities in Workday, Frontier, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve financial processes, including running pilots, proofs-of-concept, and business case assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process transformation, ensure compliance with governance and risk requirements, and achieve measurable business outcomes through AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related AI technologies.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging enterprise technologies.
- Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Risk, Audit, and Compliance stakeholders regarding AI solutions.
- In-office work required minimum 3 days/week, with flexibility for 2 days remote (specific schedule to be discussed during hiring).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled finance process solutions with a focus on efficiency, controls, and user experience.
- Experience in leading AI pilots, workshops, and communicating outcomes to leadership in a finance and controllership environment.
- Familiarity with financial controls, governance, risk, compliance frameworks, and business case development for technology investments.
