About This Role
- Lead execution of supplier due diligence activities, including background and reputational evaluations across multiple risk disciplines.
- Develop and maintain program documentation to ensure consistent supplier risk management compliance and support governance routines for supplier performance and quality.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and Source to Pay teams to ensure program alignment, regulatory compliance, and support audit and regulatory requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years financial services industry experience; or 7+ years financial services industry experience without degree.
- 3+ years of process management or leadership experience.
- Experience with risk management concepts including supplier management and monitoring; experience with Coupa or similar Third-Party Risk Management tools.
- Work timings aligned to US Eastern Time (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST), ability to occasionally travel/commute to Regional Engagement Hubs in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services supplier risk management within complex regulatory environments, with ability to lead due diligence and monitoring efforts independently.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships across multiple governance and control functions, influencing senior management.
- Strong analytical skills combined with process improvement orientation, capable of leveraging AI/tools to enhance supplier risk programs.
