About This Role
- Own and administer the CrowdStrike Falcon security platform end-to-end across multiple clouds and business units, ensuring platform health, sensor management, and configuration governance.
- Lead deployment and integration of new cyber defense tools from proof-of-concept to production, including engineering reliable log ingestion pipelines into NGSIEM and automating workflows with Fusion SOAR.
- Continuously troubleshoot and resolve platform and data ingestion issues, incorporate AI-driven capabilities to enhance detection and response, and collaborate closely with analysts to reduce operational friction.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering, administration, or related infrastructure/operations role.
- Hands-on administration experience with CrowdStrike Falcon or equivalent enterprise EDR/XDR platform including sensor management and policy configuration at scale.
- Working knowledge of SIEM/log management concepts including ingestion, parsing, normalization; experience with NGSIEM/LogScale or comparable platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic).
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI) including logging and telemetry collection.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-cloud security platforms with a focus on operational excellence and platform health governance.
- Proficient in deploying and operationalizing security tools from POC to production, with strong automation and scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, REST APIs).
- Comfortable integrating AI-driven security capabilities and using AI assistants to improve scripting, investigation, and documentation workflows.
