About This Role
- Design, develop, and automate complex cloud-native systems and reusable AWS platforms focusing on serverless, managed services, APIs, and cloud networking.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding teams on cloud architecture, engineering standards, and troubleshooting diverse cloud-related issues.
- Create automation tools, advocate for reduced operational load, and collaborate with internal and external teams for cloud service development and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in cloud computing/software development including at least 3+ years as a senior developer working with AWS.
- Strong expertise in AWS services beyond EC2 and databases, including serverless, API governance, networking, DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation).
- Strong skills in JavaScript, NodeJS, Python (especially in Lambda and Beanstalk), REST APIs, HTTPS troubleshooting, and automation scripting (Python, Bash, Ruby, PowerShell, etc.).

- Skilled at breaking down complex projects into Agile increments with a focus on end-user simplicity and operational excellence.
