About This Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver business solutions leveraging company data and advanced data visualization techniques.
- Develop and maintain complex BI solutions and reports primarily using Power BI, incorporating AI-powered analytics features to enhance insights and user experience.
- Apply AI-Driven Development Lifecycle practices and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, automation, and delivery efficiency of reporting and analytics projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Reports Developer, BI Developer, or Data Visualization Developer.
- At least 2 years of experience with Power BI and/or Tableau platforms including development and implementation lifecycles.
- Minimum 2 years experience with data integration and ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Data Factory, or Matillion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering end-to-end BI solutions in an Agile environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Power BI advanced features, including AI-driven capabilities like Q&A, Smart Narratives, and Copilot, to drive automation and enhanced reporting.
- Demonstrates proficiency in complex SQL querying, data analysis identifying trends and anomalies, and documenting technical solutions and designs for BI delivery.
