About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver, validate, troubleshoot, and support reporting solutions across development, testing, deployment, and production.
- Focus on optimizing Power BI reports and data transformations for performance and usability, including implementing security measures like row-level security.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience developing and supporting Power BI or similar enterprise BI/reporting solutions.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, SQL querying, Power Query/M, and data transformation.
- Experience with data modeling concepts, semantic models, and implementing Power BI security controls.
- Work time: 1:30 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM (explicit shift hours).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end BI reporting lifecycle including development, UAT, testing, and production deployment supporting executive and operational reporting.
- Proficient in troubleshooting issues across data layers and reporting layers, indicating strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in partnership with global business stakeholders and technical teams in a structured enterprise environment.
