About This Role
- Manage technology application portfolio including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Provide analysis, architectural design, and leadership on projects ranging from small to large complexity depending on level (Level I to Senior).
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation supporting incident resolution and liaise between technical and business departments to meet requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience required.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years for Level II, 7+ years for Senior level, all with .NET Framework application and system development and management experience.
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC) mandatory.
- Mandatory technical skills include .NET Framework and database experience (SQL Server or Oracle preferred).

- Experienced in leading medium to large software implementation projects, especially in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or related fields.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Operates with high independence, providing architectural leadership, and transfers knowledge to less experienced peers.
