About This Role
- Lead the design, delivery, and technical strategy of a SaaS platform using .NET and React, ensuring architecture modernization and technical-debt management.
- Own engineering team delivery outcomes, including release management, CI/CD, observability, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Mentor engineers, shape roadmap in collaboration with product management, and coordinate cross-functional teams globally to meet product and business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on full stack development experience with .NET and React.js.
- At least 3 years of managing or leading engineering teams with delivery ownership.
- Proven skills in .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, React.js, SQL Server, API design, SDLC, and secure development practices.
