About This Role
- Own design, architecture, and delivery of Java and C++ technology projects supporting FX Options trading lifecycle.
- Lead application modernization aligning with firm-wide tech standards while ensuring operational excellence and SLA adherence.
- Engage with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams for integration and represent technology team in modernization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of work experience in software engineering.
- Mandatory proficiency in Java and C++ with experience in financial services technology systems.
- Educational background: B Tech/BE/MCA degree.
- Experience with enterprise integration in financial services and trading/market systems fundamentals required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level individual contributor comfortable with ownership of complex software architecture and modernization projects in financial domains.
- Deep domain expertise in FX derivatives, trade lifecycle, pricing models, and integration with downstream financial and regulatory systems.
- Skilled at mentoring mid/junior engineers and establishing technical best practices in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.
